Richard B. Cheney has served as a public servant for a long time and also is a successful businessman. The current position he holds is the Vice-President of the United States. Richard Bruce Cheney is the son Richard Herbert Cheney of the late Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. He was born January 30, 1941, within Lincoln Nebraska. When he was 13 years old, Bruce accompanied his parents to Casper (in the US state of Wyoming) in Wyoming, where his father served as director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's the district for soil conservation.
