Katherine Heigl reveals to everyone regarding her "white bubble childhood" and how it has influenced how she raises her adopted multiracial children. In an interview, actress Katherine Heigl, who plays "Firefly Lane", as well as "Grey's Anatomy", actress revealed her looks didn't bother her. But after having a conversation with her adoptive sister from South Korea about how society treated them, she became conscious of the differences they were. "I asked Meg how she was different when she went out with our parents and those who went out on her own. She replied, "Oh yeah, always!" It made me realize I had been so naive," Heigl said to her parents. Heigl admitted she became upset and believed it was crucial to put the anger she felt on the adopted children she has. Heigl has a four-year old son who is married to her 13 year old wife, Josh Kelley. They have adopted Nancy Leigh from South Korea aged 12 in 2009, and then Adalaide who was 8 years young and Black as of 2012.
